Rendering of PSET Monitoring and Reporting

The objective of this component of the programme is to present an analysis of the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) system and its performance that can be used to inform resource allocation and changes to improve the system.

Research objective

Monitoring and reporting contribute to building an evidence base that can be used to improve the responsiveness of the system to the skills needs of the country. By identifying what has worked and what hasn’t with respect to achieving outcomes, successes can be replicated and changes can be made so that persistent challenges can be better addressed in the future.

In this regard, this component of the programme aims to contribute to improving outcomes in the PSET system through the following in particular:

  • A review of the analysis of the performance of the PSET system
  • Expert consultation and review of the PSET Monitor Report
